Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent to us through our Contact page via email for quick response.

Your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer in any copyright infringement claim. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification

If you wish to contest a takedown notice, you may provide a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:

1. Your signature.
2. A description of the material and its original location.
3. A statement affirming that the removal was a mistake.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers as required by the DMCA. Accounts of repeat violators will be terminated.
